Was your land in the planning zone then got moved to the preservation zone? Does it seem like there is no scientific basis for being in the preservation zone compared to property adjacent to yours? Were subdivision plans, site plans or building permits underway when the legislation was passed that have now been affected? Does your property’s characteristics match the Regional Master Plan?
